minor update on the forums.

given that this place has been out of order for quite some time now, we decided to give it a go and update the board from version 3.0.2 to 3.0.6.
all features should be available at present, so let us know if anything is causing trouble!

yeah we also changed the linking so the forums won't open in the mainframe anymore
and it seems like the update has reduced loading times a bit

my main concern would be if the spam account problem has been fixed yet. I guess I'll re-allow registrations to test that
